I am unable to make my tour, can I have a refund?

Tour reservations are non-refundable. However, if we are notified within 48 hours of the tour we will be happy to reschedule you on a tour any time over the next year or provide you with a voucher so you can book it at a later time.

Do I have to purchase tickets in advance. Can I pay cash?

Tickets must be purchased in advance of the tour. We do not accept cash. Please click on ‘Book now’ to make a reservation.

When will I see the Photo’s?

We will send you your pictures within three business days.

How long in advance should I book my tour?

We suggest that you book at least a week in advance. We will try to accommodate last minute reservations, but all bookings should be made by 18PM the night before the tour. The ideal time frame to ensure your desired time and date is at least 4 weeks in advance.

What happens when it Rains?

Tours are held rain or shine. We ask you to check the weather before hand and dress accordingly. If you’ve forgotten your umbrella, we’ll be happy to provide you with one.

Do I own the pictures?

Being the customer you have the right to use the photo’s for personal use (not commercial). Put them on your refrigerator, social media, walls,… ePic My Trip has the copyrights. We would love to use your photo’s in our gallery, but if you rather we don’t and want to keep them private, just let us know and they will NEVER and up on our media.
